Your Holiday Price
Price shown are in £’s and are per holiday home. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Short Breaks are either a 3 night weekend break (Friday to Monday) or a 4 night mid week break (Monday to Friday). Short Break prices shown in pink can only be booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date.
Your Holiday – a few details...
For extra convenience and luxury, we offer some additional services, so you can make the most of your holiday. This includes a welcome grocery pack, towel hire, maid service, welcome champagne and flowers. Please ask for details.
What’s included?
The price you have paid includes the accommodation you have booked as described in this brochure. Gas and electric costs are included in your holiday price. All beds will be made up for you on your arrival however please remember to bring your own bath towels with you as these are not included unless you stay in the Honeymoon Lodge or Woodland Superior Lodge Plus.
Your holiday accommodation will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive early we are happy to welcome you to Finlake and you can use the facilities until your lodge is ready. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your lodge by 10am on your departure day.
Swimming Pools
Use of both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools is free of charge. The outdoor pool is open between May 27th and September 23rd, the indoor pool is open every day except 25th December. Please note that we operate family swimming daily between 10am and 6pm.
The indoor pool is open at other times but is restricted to adult use only. Our swimming pools are patrolled by qualified lifeguards who are there for your safety. Please note children under 1 metre tall are not permitted to use the flume.
Health & Leisure Facilities
Use of the gym, steam room, sauna, golf course (summer only) and tennis courts are included in your holiday cost. There are extra costs if you would like to use the Fantasy Tan, have a private fitness instructor or gym induction, hire tennis rackets or golf clubs.
It is recommended, particularly in busy periods, that appointments for Finesse Beauty and Spa treatments are pre booked by calling 01626 852137. Please note children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym - whether supervised or not.
Fishing
A national rod licence is a statutory requirement for anyone over 12 who wishes to coarse fish in England and Wales. These can be purchased from a Post Office. Once you have your rod licence, fishing at Finlake is free of charge.
Cots, Highchairs & Stairgates
For our younger visitors cots, highchairs and stairgates can be pre booked for £12 per week. The cots are only suitable for babies under the age of 2 as they are travel cots. Please bring your own cot linen as this is not provided. If you are planning to hire from us, or bring with you a travel cot, please advise us at the time of booking.
Pets
All our lodges are pet free, however dogs are permitted in selected lodges by special arrangement for an additional charge of £45 per week. Please make your request at the time of booking. Registered assistance dogs are permitted free of charge.
Smoking
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, all our holiday accommodation is no smoking.
